Extended Warranties

Mazda’s passenger vehicle range is backed by a 3-year, unlimited kilometre warranty. It covers parts and panels so you can enjoy your new Mazda with peace of mind.

The Mazda BT-50 has a two-year, unlimited kilometre warranty. If you haven’t reached 100,000 km at the end of two years, your cover extends to three-years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first.

The Mazda extended warranty is only available for purchase at the time of a new Mazda vehicle sale or when the vehicle is purchased second hand from an authorised Mazda dealer within the existing warranty period.

Once purchase, the extended warranty gives you a further 12 months protection after your standard 3 year new vehicle warranty expires. This means your new Mazda will be covered by our factory warranty for a total of 4 years, with unlimited kilometres.

The extended warranty is fully transferable if selling your Mazda during the warranty period – enhancing resale value.

It has no limit or excess if you make a claim. For full terms and conditions, please refer to Mazda’s New Vehicle Warranty.

Extended warranty is not available on BT-50 vehicles.

Mazda Roadside Assistance

Day of night, city of country, Mazda Roadside Assistance is there when you need it. Our policies cover a range of important things – including flat batteries, locking keys, accident support and flat or damaged tyres.

Standard or Premium Roadside Assistance policies can be purchased on the entire current Mazda range

Standard Roadside Assistance offers all the key services required to get you moving again. Mazda Standard Roadside Assistance costs $68.10 per year (inc. GST).

Premium Roadside Assistance adds benefits like accommodation, a rental car, or vehicle recovery should you break down more than 100km from home for longer than 24 hours. Mazda Premium Roadside Assistance costs $83.50 per year (inc. GST)

What is the difference between Standard and Premium Roadside Assistance?

Both Standard and Premium Roadside Assistance cover the must-haves – things like flat batteries, locked-in keys and towing. Premium Roadside Assistance covers some additional costs. They include taxi fees, vehicle recovery, accommodation and a rental vehicle.
